Can I cancel my order after making a purchase?
Yes! You can cancel your order within 12–24 hours of making your purchase.
- Once your request is processed, your order will be canceled and refunded in full, as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
- Please note it can take up to 48 hours to update tracking information, so our team may need to confirm that your order hasn’t left our warehouse before completing the cancellation.
- If your order has already been shipped, you can still request a refund through our standard return process.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date.

- If you purchased a gift during the holiday season, we accept returns until January 25, 2025, even if it exceeds the regular 30-day limit.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered!

Where do you ship from?
We primarily ship from our warehouses in Europe and Asia. If an item is out of stock at the nearest warehouse, it will ship directly from our production line without affecting the delivery time outlined in our shipping policy.
I’m missing items from my order. What should I do?
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses depending on availability.
Rest assured, you’ll receive your entire order. If anything is missing beyond the expected delivery timeframe, contact us at support@getmatify.se, and we’ll resolve it for you.
